
Teresa Skamletz (they/them) is a queer, freelance dance & teaching artist. Originally born in Germany, Teresa is now based in South- East London. They studied Contemporary Dance at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance. Since graduating their work has spanned the dance sector as a creative facilitator, performer and maker. Teresa has a particular interest in community dance practice and how movement can create positive encounters. Some themes that re- occur across the spectrum of their work are: connection to the body, playfulness, creative exploration, self expression and community building through movement.
